Includes, in the comfort of your own home, full history taking, diagnosis, risk assessment, treatment plan and GP clinic letter.

Remote Initial Assessment (90 minutes): £425

Includes up to 90 minute full psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and initial prescription.

Please note that continued consultation over the 90 minutes will be charged at £40 / 10 minutes.

Follow up review:

£199 online review 30 minutes

GP/Patient letter: £50

Psychiatric report: £150

Repeat prescription without follow up: £10 (to cover costs)

Cancellations:

Cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at 100% unless 24 hours' notice is given. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can either be re-scheduled or refunded.
